- For returns due to product quality issues (such as fabric damage, loose stitches, significant discrepancies between the size and the marked size, etc.), you need to attach clear photos or videos of the product problem when submitting the application (including at least close-ups of the problematic part, the overall appearance of the product, and tag information) to facilitate our quick verification.
